North Korea is a country located in East Asia. It shares borders with China, Russia, South Korea, and Japan. North Korea’s health system is known for its lack of access to basic healthcare and malnutrition.

North Korea’s health system ranks last in the world and it has one of the lowest life expectancy rates in the world. This can be attributed to poor nutrition, lack of access to healthcare services, and a lack of medical personnel.

The position of health in North Korea is not very different from other developing countries such as Mexico or Brazil. The government provides some healthcare services but there are still many challenges that need to be addressed before this country can become healthy again.

5.Yeongdeungpo General Hospital:

Yeongdeungpo General Hospital is a public hospital that is a member of the Korean Healthcare Federation.

Yeongdeungpo General Hospital has been providing healthcare services to the people in Seoul since 1927. It has over 1,000 beds and operates on over 3,000 patients each day. With its location in Yeongdeungpo-gu, it is close to major hospitals and universities.

The hospital has two locations – one in Yeongdeungpo-gu and another in Mapo-gu.

The hospital also provides outpatient services at the Yeouido Outpatient Center that can be accessed by those with outpatient insurance.

Chosun University Hospital is a hospital located in the center of Seoul, South Korea. It was founded in 1973 and has been providing health care and medical services to the public since then.

The hospital is located on the bank of Han River, which makes it convenient for people who live in Seoul to access it. The hospital has a total floor area of approximately 100,000 square meters and employs 1,200 people.

The hospital offers a wide range of facilities including emergency rooms, outpatient clinics, labor and delivery rooms, intensive care units (ICU), operation theaters (OT), post-operative wards and an outpatient clinic that specializes in obstetrics.

8.Chung Ang University Hospital :

Chung Ang University Hospital North is a hospital located in Seoul, South Korea. It was named after the Chung Ang royal family who founded the school of medicine.

The hospital has four floors, with a total of 456 beds and 26 operating rooms. The building also includes a helipad, emergency department, and an intensive care unit.

In addition to its medical facilities, the hospital also offers its patients various recreational opportunities such as an outdoor garden and swimming pool.

9.Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital:

Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital is a hospital in Korea. It was founded by the Catholic Church in 1884 and is the oldest hospital in Korea still operating under its original name.

Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital has been operating since 1884 and has been treating patients since then. It was originally located on the grounds of Saint Mary’s Church, but it moved to its current location on Seobu-dong, Kangnam-gu in 2003 after undergoing a major overhaul.

It provides comprehensive medical care for children with a focus on preventive health care and social support services for families with children under five years old. The hospital also has a pediatric intensive care unit that can accommodate up to 20 patients at once.

13.Wonju St Mary’s Hospital:

The hospital is in the city of Wonju, North Chungcheong Province, South Korea. It is located in the center of Wonju City and has a total land area of about 1.8 million square meters.

The hospital offers a wide range of services including general surgery, orthopedics and neurosurgery, internal medicine and pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry and nursing care as well as emergency care.

The hospital has three floors with an outpatient department that has more than 100 beds for patients on each floor. The hospital also has an intensive care unit (ICU) with 10 beds that can be used for patients who need to be monitored 24 hours a day by medical staffs.

It is located on the east coast of Korea and has a total area of around 33,000 square meters. The hospital has a capacity to accommodate approximately 1,000 patients at any given time.

The hospital also has an emergency room, a laboratory, and an operation theater. There are also three surgical rooms with a capacity to accommodate over 100 patients at a time. The emergency room is equipped with all modern medical equipment that can be found in any hospital in the world today including CT scan machines and anesthesia equipment.

Seoul Armed Forces General Hospital of Korea is the largest military hospital in South Korea. It has been operating since 1949 and provides care to the military and civilians.

18.Dong-A University Hospital:

Dong-A University Hospital of Korea, North, is a hospital in the city of Gumi, South Korea. It was constructed between 1991 and 1993.

The hospital has a total bed capacity of 1,500 beds and it covers an area of 6.6 hectares. It has six buildings on the campus including the main building which consists of three floors and a basement level. The hospital has four different departments including radiology, surgery, internal medicine and pediatrics that are spread out across these six buildings.

The hospital operates on 24 hours basis with around 1,000 staff members working in shifts to provide round-the-clock services to patients who require emergency care or urgent treatment.

19.Severance Children’s Hospital :

Severance Children’s Hospital of Korea is located in the heart of Seoul, South Korea. The hospital was established in 1951 and has a history of over 60 years.

The hospital is equipped with the latest medical technology, including a state-of-the-art MRI scanner and CT scanner. It also has three floors that are dedicated to pediatric care.

The North wing accommodates patients from North Korea and China who need medical treatment. The South wing accommodates patients from other countries who need medical treatment. The East wing accommodates patients who are being transferred to the hospital for further treatment or rehabilitation.

20.Yonsei Changwon Hospital:

Yonsei Changwon Hospital is the largest hospital in Korea. It covers a land area of about 7,000 m2 and houses a total of 1,094 beds.

Yonsei Changwon Hospital is located at 16-gil, Seogang-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. The hospital is accessible through subway lines 2 and 6 as well as bus lines 10 and 15. It is located near the Yonsei University station on line 6.

The hospital offers emergency services 24 hours a day and has facilities for diagnosis and treatment of various diseases including cancer treatment. It also provides outpatient clinics for patients with minor illnesses such as diabetes or hypertension who are not hospitalized or those who cannot be treated in the emergency room due to lack of time or other reasons.
