Top 20 Hospitals in Uzbekistan

In Uzbekistan, the health system is divided into two parts: the public health system and the private health system. The public one provides free treatment to its citizens with a national insurance number. The private one is paid for by the patients themselves and is mostly used by people who are not insured or those who want to get better healthcare than they can afford.

The government of Uzbekistan has worked hard to reduce the mortality rates in Uzbekistan over time. They have been successful in doing so, but there are still some areas that need improvement such as maternal mortality rates, which are still high in comparison to other countries.

The Central Hospital of Uzbekistan has more than 300 beds and performs around 500 operations a year. There are two operating rooms and two intensive care units at the hospital which are operated by surgical and medical staffs respectively. The Central Hospital of Uzbekistan is also equipped with a laboratory, radiology department, pharmacy, laboratory for blood transfusion, physiotherapy center, maternity ward and other departments.

The NRC-TLD is located on the left bank of the Syr Darya River, which is about 8 kilometers from Tashkent city center. The site was chosen because it is close to the river and has a good water supply.

The NRC-TLD has three buildings: the main building, the administration building, and the hospital building. The main building houses laboratories, offices, conference halls, a library, and an auditorium. The hospital building includes an operating theater with 20 beds; a ward with 100 beds; and medical laboratories.

7.Pediatric Hospital No. 1 “Istiqlal”:

Tashkent Medical University Hospital was founded in 1965 as a regional center for medical education and research. Since then, it has grown to become one of the largest hospitals in Central Asia with more than 3,000 beds.

The hospital has a staff of more than 1,000 doctors and nurses who work on shifts to provide 24-hour coverage for patients. The Central Clinical Hospital is located on the main street of Tashkent, at the intersection of Akhunbabaeva Street and Abdullaev Street. It is situated between two other hospitals – Kirov Regional Clinical Hospital and Kirov Cancer Center.

The university is located in Jizzakh City which is the capital of Jizzakh Province. The city has a population of approximately 150 thousand people and is situated on the right bank of the Syr Darya River.

The entrance to the campus is to the north-east of the city centre on Kichik Gala Street.
